United States美國   Vessels that have been to China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) or embarked crew members who have been in China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) within the last 14 days, with no sick crew members, will be permitted to enter the U.S. and conduct normal operations, with restrictions.從中國（不包括香港和澳門）駛來的船舶，或在過去14天內前往中國（不包括香港和澳門）的未患病船員，將在受限的情況下被允許進入美國，並進行正常操作。  
Australia澳大利亞   Vessels must not enter the pilotage area until 14 days have elapsed since the ship’s departure from mainland China.船舶在離開中國大陸14天後，方可進入引航區。  
Philippines菲律賓   All vessels calling from China within 14 days must be boarded at quarantine anchorage; direct berthing privilege cancelled to all vessels.List of the port of calls must be submitted to all port authorities.凡在14天內從中國駛來的船舶，必須在檢疫區域停泊；取消所有船舶直接停泊特權。必須向所有港務局遞交停靠港清單。  
Vietnam越南   All vessels calling from China within last 14 days will be isolated at anchorage for for medical inspection.所有在過去14天內從中國來港的船舶將被要求隔離在錨地並接受醫療檢查。  
Arab Emirates阿拉伯聯合酋長國   All vessels coming directly or having last port or transited from China will need to provide a statement/report declaring if any crew onboard has symptoms similar to Coronavirus before entering to the port limit.所有直接或最後一個港口從中國過境的船舶在抵港前，都需要提供一份聲明/報告，說明船上的船員是否患有類似冠狀病毒的症狀。  
Saudi Arabia沙特阿拉伯   All vessels coming from China within 14 days of departure, should notify Ministry of health hotline, ports and maritime authority and Port Control for the procedures.A list of past visiting ports, Chinese crew members and any passengers with the similar symptoms to the virus must be reported.凡從中國離港14內的船舶，應及時通知衛生部健康熱線、港口海事主管部門和港口管理部門辦理相關手續。中國船員和任何感染有類似病毒症狀的乘客必須上報過去訪問過的港口清單。  
Qatar卡塔爾   All vessels coming directly or having last port or transited through China should report any suspicious medical case on board before reaching the sea border of the port.Declaration of Medical Health report should be submitted at least 48hrs prior to the arrival.凡直達或最後一港在中國過境的船舶，在抵達海上邊界前，應報告船上是否有疑似病例。醫療衛生報告申報應在到港前至少提前48小時提交。  
Oman阿曼   All vessels are required to submit the IMO Declaration of Health Report together with the Coronavirus questionnaire.Crew list must be submitted along with the declaration form. All crew joining from China in the past 16 days must hold a recent and valid medical fitness certificate.所有船隻均須向國際海事組織申報健康報告，並提交冠狀病毒調查問卷。船員名單必須與申報表一並提交。所有在過去16天內從中國來的船員須持有近期有效的健康證明。  
Singapore新加坡   All arriving vessels with crew and passengers that have called at ports in mainland China in the past 14 days must submit the Maritime Declaration of Health Form. All vessels and crew members are NOT allowed to enter into Singapore or to transit through Singapore without inspection and approval.凡在過去14天內抵達中國內地港口的船員及乘客，均須提交海事健康申報表。所有船舶和船員未經檢查和批準，不得進入新加坡或過境新加坡。  
Malaysia馬來西亞   All arriving vessels with crew and passengers that have called at ports in mainland China are required to submit the Maritime Declaration of Health Form.所有在中國內地港口停靠的載有船員和旅客的抵港船舶，均須提交海事健康申報表。  
Thailand泰國   All arriving vessels with crew and passengers that have called at ports in mainland China are required to submit the Maritime Declaration of Health Form.所有在中國內地港口停靠的載有船員和旅客的抵港船舶，均須提交海事健康申報表。  
Indonesia印度尼西亞   Before berthing and entering to the port, the port authority will arrange inspection at outer anchorage for vessel and all crew members especially vessel from/transit in China and any other country with confirmed cases (*6-10 hours of inspection).Crew members are allowed to go shore after receiving health confirmation.在靠泊和進港前，港務局將為船舶和所有船員，特別是來自/過境中國和任何其他有確診病例的國家進行檢查（檢查時間為6-10小時）。船員在接受健康檢查後，方可上岸。  
Bangladesh孟加拉國   All arriving vessels with crew and passengers that have called at ports in mainland China are required to submit the Maritime Declaration of Health Form.所有在中國內地港口停靠的載有船員和旅客的抵港船隻，均須提交海事健康申報表。  
Taiwan中國台灣   Port authorities will not issue temporary stay permits or entry permits to Chinese crew members of incoming ships. All Chinese crew are not allowed to disembark or embark from all ports in Taiwan.港務局不會向來港船舶的中國船員簽發臨時停留許可證或入境許可證。所有中國船員不得在台灣所有港口上下船。  
Japan日本   All vessels arriving from foreign port are requested to complete health questionnaire form and submit the same to quarantine office before ship's arrival.No other particular restrictions in Japan at the momentfor those non-contaminatedvessels and crew members.所有從國外港口抵達的船舶，均須填寫健康調查表，並在船舶抵達前向檢疫機關提交。目前日本對這些未受汙染的船隻和船員沒有其他特別限製。  
Korea韓國   All vessels from Chinese port for the past 14 days are required to have onboard quarantine inspection. Free pratique will be granted after passing the inspection.The following crew/passenger are restricted to enter Korea.All Chinese seafarers with passport issued in Hubei province is prohibited to enter Korea;All valid Korean visa issued in Hubei province has temporarily lost its effect until further notice; All foreigners that have visited Hubei province in the past 14 days is prohibited to enter Korea.所有在過去14天內經過中國港口的船舶必須接受船上檢疫。檢驗合格後將發放通行證。下列船員/乘客被限製進入韓國。所有持有湖北省簽發護照的中國海員禁止進入韓國；在另行同之前，所有在湖北省簽發的有效韓國簽證暫時失效；所有在過去14天內訪問過湖北省的外國人禁止進入韓國。  
Europe歐洲   Germany/Netherlands/Belgium/France:Currently no restrictions.德國/荷蘭/比利時/法國：目前沒有限製。United Kingdoms:all vessels that have previously called at Chinese ports must submit crew list, crew change information and a Maritime Declaration of Health in advance of arrival.英國：所有之前在中國港口停靠過的船隻必須在抵達前提交船員名單、船員變動信息和海事健康申報表。Italy:All vessels calling at Italian ports must ask for Sanitary Freepratique. The said request for Sanitary Freepratique must include: Maritime declaration of health; copy of SSECC; passenger list and crew list; list of the port of calls during the previous 14 days.意大利：所有在意大利港口停靠的船隻都必須要求提供衛生無疫證明。上述衛生無疫證明必須包括：海事健康申報表；SSECC副本；乘客名單和船員名單；前14天的靠港清單。Spain:Maritime health declaration to be issued by master upon arrival and to be uploaded by Port web application who will inform Sanitary authority.西班牙：船長需在抵港時通過港口網絡應用程序上傳海事健康申報表，以通知衛生局。Suez: No restriction; however crew change is not allowed without the authority’s approval and confirmation.蘇伊士：無限製；但未經當局批準和確認，不得更換船員。  
Panama巴拿馬   Vessels coming from country or port with confirmed cases of virus should report the condition to the Panama Maritime Single Window (VUMPA), within 30 days prior to their arrival.來自有確診病例的國家或港口的船隻應在抵達前30天內向巴拿馬海事窗口（VUMPA）上報。
